Tool #1: ClickUp

What it’s used for: Managing projects, to-dos, and files all in one place

When you log onto your computer every morning, you need to know what you’re supposed to be working on.

That’s where ClickUp comes in.

With ClickUp — and our ClickUp templates — you can manage all your projects, to-dos, and files all in one place.

That way, nothing gets lost in your inbox, notebooks, planners, calendars, sticky notes, and wherever else you try to stay on top of everything.

Tool #2: HoneyBook

What it’s used for: Onboarding clients and managing accounts (automatically!)

Next, most businesses really struggle to onboard clients or manage accounts on their own – which is totally normal.

Think about it: How many times have you had a sales call, and it took forever to get that person onboarded because you needed to find, organize, create, and send all the paperwork for yourself?

That's where HoneyBook comes in.

Even though ClickUp and HoneyBook are our favorite children (shh don't tell the others) we do have some other softwares we absolutely couldn't live without.

Slack

So it took us a little while to invest in Slack, but once we did we never looked back! Slack keeps both team communication and client communication super organized. You can chat with members individually or create shared, branded channels. For example, Marketing, or System Builds. The best part? Nothing is staying stuck in your inbox or in personal communication like texts or whatsapp.

Loom

We use Loom for both internal team communication as well as with our clients. Loom is a screen recording software that makes showing overviews and giving instructions a breeze! Here are some examples of how we use Loom:

  • Training SOPs for the team
  • Training SOPs for new client builds
  • System overviews for client reviews during our custom build processes
  • Screen recording for YouTube or other promotional materials
  • And SO much more!

Google

Google Suite is where we manage our emails, calendar, and most of our cloud storage. I basically LIVE by my Google Calendar. But the best part? It integrates so nicely into both HoneyBook and ClickUp. Check out the pic below of how I use Google Cal to Time Block my calendar!

Zapier

Zapier is the magical wand that connects all of our tools together! Zapier is an integrations tool that will automate processes between different softwares. For example, you can use Zapier to link when a sales is made in HoneyBook that it will create a task in your ClickUp Sales Tracker.
