At DaSilva life, our go-to CRM is HoneyBook. Anytime we get a new lead, ClickUp automatically creates a task (and a series of subtasks) within our lead tracker. Those tasks prompt our team to review new inquiries, fill in client details, and determine next steps so that new leads are taken care of.
The great thing about this integration? It can be applied across any aspect of your business where new inquiries are captured, like contact forms on your website or new job application submissions!
Even though ClickUp is always doing the most to make sure you stay on top of everything, it doesn’t always anticipate forgetfulness. Until, of course, you apply this amazing Zapier integration.
Whenever a task in ClickUp is changed to ‘Ready for Review,’ it can trigger a Slack reminder. For example, if someone on the DaSilva Life team changes a task to ‘Ready for Review’ and assigns it to me (Kristi), I’ll get a direct message on Slack letting me know!
Even better: The URL to the ClickUp task is right there in the message, so I don’t have to go looking for it myself. How amazingly convenient is that?
When we launched our DaSilva Life YouTube Channel, we had to add even more workflows and tasks within ClickUp, including a new dashboard. With that, came lots of additional manual tasks to stay on top of everything, like creating folders in Dropbox. So, naturally, we went straight to Zapier to create an integration.
With this integration, anytime someone on our team changes a ClickUp status to ‘Needs to Film,’ our Dropbox folders will be created automatically. For us, that includes the main folder and subfolders to keep all of our videos, drafts, and images organized. Why waste time creating folders manually when it can be done automatically in just a matter of seconds?
To manage and organize our Systems School members, we have a student database inside ClickUp. But, as most business owners know, databases can quickly become out of date, which means you risk having new members slip through the cracks. With this Zapier integration, you don’t have to worry about that!
When a new purchase is made through Kajabi (or whichever tool your offer is housed within), it automatically creates a new task within our ClickUp student database. That task includes their first and last name, email address, and the offer they selected. No manual updating necessary!
