Case Study: How Better HoneyBook Workflows Helped Tori Parker Photo

In this case study, we’re digging deeper into a recent project with Tori Parker Photo! Tori Parker Photo is a wedding photography team based in Central Virginia. Founder and owner Tori and her team of photographers are all about capturing intimate, relationship-focused photos that tell a beautiful story.

Tori had been using HoneyBook for about five to six years and knew she wasn’t utilizing its tools as best she could.  She struggled most with HoneyBook automations, as well as maintaining consistent communication with her clients. Because Tori Parker Photo offers multiple photography services — wedding,  couples, portraits, boudoir, and family — we built out multiple client flows to keep everything organized.

This was especially important when setting up booking automations for each service. Since each photography type is unique, each automation would be a little bit different based on client needs. Now, no matter what service someone is requesting, automation takes care of them with email replies, pricing guides, and follow-up emails.

We also cleaned up and organized existing files (like contracts) and folders, making it easy for Tori and her team to find what they’re looking for. Now they can feel confident and good about using HoneyBook to get their work done!
