In this case study, we’re taking a look at a recent project with our friend Charlee from Emerald Design Co.! Emerald Design Co. is a design studio that helps clients build gorgeous yet impactful brands and websites. From brand strategy to webflow design and UX, they do it all!
But their backend operations didn’t feel as streamlined as their design process — and trying to bridge that gap was tough. After months and months of trying to DIY their HoneyBook setup and feeling overwhelmed, Charlee reached out for our help.
Together, we helped them build out their entire HoneyBook clientflow, including custom automations and on-brand assets to showcase just how amazing their brand is.

In Emerald Design Co.’s line of work, visuals matter big time. That's why they initially began their CRM journey with Dubsado, which is known for its design customization capabilities.
However…the setup wasn’t so easy. There were too many automations and not enough features to really make the setup “a no-brainer.”
So, they decided it was time to switch to HoneyBook, a more streamlined CRM service. Of course, that didn’t solve all their problems. At least, not right away. HoneyBook (like other CRMs) can take some time to set up — and Charlee admitted that was not something Emerald had.
“We were confident we wanted to move to Honeybook, but quite frankly didn’t have the time or energy to dedicate to getting everything set up.”
That’s when Charlee called DaSilva Life and we began the process of transforming a complicated system into their business’s best friend.
To help them get started, we immediately dug in and worked on the essential elements: proposals, questionnaires, and payment processing.
Not only did we set these elements up, but we made sure each of these maintained Emerald’s strong branding. Each step of the way, we utilized HoneyBook’s technology to make their clientflow assets feel like an extension of their website.
